What is the warranty on products you sell?
TOPKING warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a specified duration of time beginning from the date of original purchase. Signs come with ONE YEAR parts and labor warranty. TOPKING provides lifetime technical support to our sign buyers. TOPKING will either replace or repair the product at no charge for parts and labor.
How do I claim my warranty service?

Please provide us invoice or receipt or any type of proof of purchase.
Prior to shipping back an item to TOPKING, you must email ahead, all C.O.D (collect on delivery) shipment will be rejected.
Any repaired or replaced product shall be warranted for the remaining time of the original period.
How do I claim an order discrepancy or shipping error?
Check your receipt or shipping slip against received content; call +1 (647) 748 -8219 or email TOKING ( email@example.com )to report discrepancy immediately.
You must return the product to TOPKING’s warehouse within 14 calendar days of return authorization.
TOPKING shall be responsible for all shipping costs for order discrepancy or error. You agree that TOPKING will NOT arrange a carrier to pick up the item from you. The customer obligates to pack the item properly and ship the item according to TOPKING’s instruction.
How will you correct an order discrepancy or error?
Order discrepancy and Ship error will be serviced under warranty policy and does not constitute a refund. We will exchange the item with a correct item. You may request a prepaid advance shipping of the replacement, and our full refund including shipping will be made to you as soon as the return item has been received.
What does your warranty not cover?
Installation or service of product.
Conditions resulting from consumer damage such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.
